Primary Service Fees
Initial Phone Consultation
(Up to 15 Minutes)
This call allows the Tracker to gather necessary information about the loss of your pet to determine the best plan of action for your situation.
Phone-Assistance Consultation Service
(Up to 75 Minutes Phone Time)
Off-Location Services include: (1) Two PDF flyer designs for use; (2) Customized Plan of Action surveying maps of your area and strategically determined places to flyer or camera placement to assist w/visibilty for a sighting to help identify path your Pet may have taken to help reunite you and your Pet, and (3) Ongoing phone/text support until a resolution is reached.
*A phone/video call is provided to assist in explaining the detailed plan, if needed.
Track with a Tracking Dog Service (w/in 60 mile radius)
(Up to 3 hours on the Ground *Tracking Dogs Dictate the Tracks/Breaks as Needed)
On-Location Services include: (1) Two PDF Flyer designs for use; (2) Utilization of a Tracking dog(s) to identify the Direction of Travel and an area your Pet is moving around in/or has been removed from; (3) Customized Plan of Action from your Tracker (within 1 day of the Track); and (4) Ongoing phone/text support until a resolution, preferably capture, is reached.
Re-Track with a Tracking Dog Service (w/in 60 mile radius)
(Up to 90 Minutes on the Ground *Tracking Dogs Dictate the Tracks/Breaks as Needed)
On-Location Services included: (1) Utilization of a Tracking dog(s) to identify if the animal is still in the original Track Area, a new Direction of Travel or new area your Pet is moving around in/or has been removed from; (2) a Revised Action Plan (within 1 day of the track), and (3) Continued phone/text support until a resolution is reached.
Additional Service Fees
Mileage Reimbursement
Mileage Reimbursement Fees are assessed when Tracker travels more than sixty (60) miles from their home, and are calculated on a round trip basis. These fees are to be paid PRIOR to the track with the initial cost of the track, and will be assessed for both Tracks and Re-Tracks.
Lodging Reimbursement
Hotel reimbursement for travel over three (3) hours from Tracker's home (during summer, for travel over two (2) hours from Tracker's home). These fees are to be paid PRIOR to the track with the initial cost of the track.
